Finally picked up a brush and used it, the funk is over!

And the winner of first item to be painted after the very long drought, is the Land Ship for AQMF!

In the trenches

Quite some time ago I bought these nice 15mm trenches from Ironclad Miniatures. They are really very nice, very good detail, decent amount of space for the placing of based troops.

Update

Just an update to say that nothing much has happened...yet. 

Next project?

I sense my painting funk is on the verge of coming to an end. The question now is what will be the first to be painted?

Will it be these plant based creatures...

or will it be this behemoth?

 Stay tuned, I think December may just be my big painting month!

Sledgehammer BFG

So just got this the other day. Usually I do one of two things with a new purchase:

1. Take it out of the package, play around with it, dry assembly etc then get distracted and not put it away and just allow it to gather dust, and or loose parts 
2. Add it to a pile of unopened items to be built later.

Instead I did the rarely seen third option, I assembled it right away, and primed it!
